Get started

1. Log in with Discord.
2. Invite the bot to a server where you have Manage Server.
3. Open that server in the dashboard.
4. Save once so the bot creates the server record, then configure modules.

You can run Free forever. Paid plans add Pro slots you assign per Discord.

Plans vs Pro slots

This is the most important concept in Gamecave Bot.

• Account plan (Free, One, Pro, Pro+, Network) lives on your Discord login. You buy it under Billing.
• Pro slot is one seat from that plan, assigned to one Discord server.
• Without a slot on a server, that server stays on Free limits — even if you pay for a plan.
• Buying does not auto-upgrade every server. You choose which Discords get slots.

Assign a Pro slot

1. Confirm Billing shows a paid plan and unused slots.
2. Go to Servers → open the Discord.
3. At the top of Manage, turn on Pro slot.
4. Paid modules unlock on that server only.

To free a slot: turn the toggle off on that server, then assign it elsewhere. Slot count is account-wide.

If the toggle is disabled, your account is still on Free — upgrade under Billing first.

What Free includes

• Invite the shared bot to any Discord you manage
• Welcome (basic) + autorole
• One-click verify
• Tickets — 3 categories (no HTML transcripts)
• Server status embed — refresh about every 10 minutes
• Reaction roles — 3 emoji mappings (toggle on)
• Giveaways — 1 active, 1 winner, you choose duration (up to 30 days)

What a Pro slot unlocks

On a server with a slot assigned (and a paid account plan):

• Whitelist + host packs
• Security (flood / spam / audit)
• Fast status (~1 minute) + offline alerts
• Ticket transcripts + higher category count (plan ladder)
• Welcome advanced (image, leave message, extra buttons, channel + DM)
• Verify captcha (emoji)
• More giveaways / winners + required role
• More reaction-role mappings + buttons / exclusive groups
• Creators (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Kick)
• Temp voice
• Custom bot branding (own token / name / avatar)

Welcome & verify

Welcome posts when someone joins. Free covers channel message + autorole. Advanced welcome needs a slot.

Verify Free = one-click button. Slot = optional emoji captcha for stronger anti-bot.

Bot needs permission to manage roles and send messages in the channels you pick.

Tickets

Post a ticket panel in a channel. Players open private threads/channels for support.

• Free / no slot: 3 categories, claim flow, no HTML transcript export
• With a slot: more categories (plan ladder), transcript download when a ticket closes

Discord helpers: /setup-tickets, /ticket-transfer. Only the claimer and opener write in a claimed ticket (claim lock).

Status

One status embed with a Connect button (CFX join link or copy / deeplink).

• Free: refresh about every 10 minutes
• Slot: about every minute + optional offline alerts to roles / DM

Enter the game host / CFX details in Manage → Status, then save. The bot refreshes on a schedule.

Whitelist

Needs a Pro slot. Map a Discord role to in-game whitelist access, then download the host pack for your game.

1. Assign a slot on the server.
2. Enable whitelist, pick the role, save.
3. Download the pack and install on the game host.
4. Players can use /link (Minecraft Java name) where applicable.

Use Diagnose in Manage if sync looks stuck. Bot and host must reach each other per the pack instructions.

Giveaways

Configure defaults in Manage, or start from Discord:

• /giveaway — prize, hours, optional winners / required role / channel
• /giveaway-end — end early by id
• /giveaway-reroll — new winners by id

Free: 1 active giveaway, 1 winner, you still set duration (max 30 days). Slot: more concurrent giveaways, more winners, required role.

Reaction roles

Emoji → role panels. Free: 3 mappings, toggle always on. Slot: higher mapping count (plan ladder), buttons mode, toggle off, exclusive groups.

Security

Slot-only. Flood / spam protection and audit tools for that Discord. Configure in Manage → Security after assigning a slot.

Creators & temp voice

Creators (slot): track YouTube / Twitch / TikTok / Kick — count follows your plan.

Temp voice (slot): join-to-create voice channels for that server.

Custom bot

Slot + paid plan. Connect your own bot token, name, and avatar so the bot looks like your brand on that Discord. Keep the token private; revoke it in the Discord Developer Portal if it leaks.

Billing

1. Open Billing and pick a plan.
2. Stripe Checkout handles payment.
3. After success, assign slots on Servers (checkout does not assign them).
4. Card updates, plan switches, and cancel use the Stripe Customer Portal.

When a subscription ends, slots and paid tools turn off automatically. Saved settings stay so you can resume if you re-subscribe.

Most day-to-day setup is in the web Manage UI. Commands are for Discord-side actions.

Plan limits (with a slot)

Without a slot, Free caps apply regardless of plan. With a slot on the server:

Troubleshooting

I paid but whitelist / security stay locked

Assign a Pro slot on that server. Account plan alone is not enough.

Pro slot toggle is greyed out

Account is Free, or you have no slots left. Check Billing and Servers slot counts.

Server missing from the list

You need Manage Server on that Discord. Use Reconnect Discord, then refresh.

Bot not in the server

Invite again from Servers. Ensure the bot role can manage channels/roles it needs.

Status not updating

Confirm Status is enabled, channel set, save, and wait for the refresh interval (10 min Free / ~1 min slotted).

Whitelist not syncing

Slot on, role set, pack installed on host, then Diagnose / re-save. Check host connectivity.

Billing question

Use Manage billing (Stripe portal) for invoices, card, and cancel. Support Discord for product help.
