Status & player count

Games we actually query

This is the same curated GameDig list as the dashboard — not every protocol GameDig knows, and not a vague “many games” claim. Status and player count use this set. Whitelist is separate and narrower.

What status covers

For each game type below, Discord can show online or down, player count (and max when the query returns it), and how to join when we can build a connect string. Free updates about every 10 minutes; a paid slot about every minute.

Connect details depend on the game: CFX join links for FiveM/RedM, host:port (and deeplinks where we support them) for direct IP, and a Direct Connection address for Minecraft.

Whitelist is not the same list

Discord-role whitelist (join gate via script) is only FiveM, RedM, and Minecraft, and only on a paid slot. Rust, ARK, Valve/Source titles, and “Other” get status/player count — not whitelist. Server Security (anti-raid / anti-spam MVP) is Discord-side and works on any game community with a paid slot — it is not tied to a GameDig type.

About “Other (Source / Valve A2S)”

That option is a generic Valve A2S query. It can work for some Source-style servers that aren’t listed by name. It does not mean every game, every launcher, or every custom protocol.
