1. The service
Gamecave Bot (“we”, “us”), operated by Legal entity to be confirmed (Address to be confirmed), provides Discord tools for people who run game servers — welcome messages, tickets, roles, live status, whitelist bridges, and related dashboard features. By logging in or inviting the bot, you agree to these terms.
2. Who may use it
You must be allowed to manage the Discord servers and game servers you connect. You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Developer Policy, and the rules of any game platform you link (for example Minecraft or FiveM).
3. Accounts
Access is through Discord OAuth only. You are responsible for activity under your Discord account and for keeping bot tokens, bridge keys, and server credentials private. Use Reconnect Discord in the dashboard if guild permissions look out of date.
4. Plans, payments, and Pro slots
Free features work on Discord servers you invite the bot to. Paid plans unlock a number of Pro slots. Each Pro slot applies Pro features to one Discord server you assign. Slot limits and feature lists are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting checkout you also agree to Stripe’s terms for payment processing. Fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Unpaid or failed renewals may downgrade your plan when the subscription ends.
5. Your content and servers
You keep ownership of your Discord content, game servers, and branding. You grant us permission to process configuration you save (channels, roles, messages, tokens, bridge keys) only to run the product for you.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Gamecave Bot to spam, harass, evade bans, break game ToS, attack systems, scrape Discord, share malware, or abuse the API. We may suspend or remove access for abuse, security risk, or unpaid fees.
7. Availability
The service is provided as-is. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, perfect game-query accuracy, or that every game title will query successfully. Third-party outages (Discord, Stripe, game hosts) are outside our control.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost players, or damages from misconfigured bots, incorrect channel IDs, or third-party outages (Discord, Stripe, game hosts, CFX, Mojang, and similar).
9. Support
Product help is available in our Support DiscordSupport Discord (link in the site header or footer). That community is for Gamecave Bot users — it is not a game/roleplay server.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
